These usually call for immediate incarceration upon a signed violation. The Maximum sentence can range from several months in jail to 30 years depending on the violation and the underlying charges for probation. If you are told by probation to turn yourself into jail call me first I may be able to get you an in court surrender and eliminate the need for jail. Time is of the essence in these types of cases.  Usually there is a pending warrant for your arrest.
